At Walgreens today we had a pretty amazing shopping trip. First, take a look a this picture, and then we’ll explain how we got it all for $11.79 and SAVED $271.19
So here’s what we did:
1st Transaction -
We Bought:
1 I-Cool-D Menopause OTC medicine $10.00
2 Cans of Nice! brand tomato sauce $1.00
We Used:
$2.00/1 I Cool Coupon
$3.00 RR we obtained from buying U Kotex earlier
$5.00 RR we obtained from buying Psoriasin skin cream
We paid out of pocket – $1.00, got back a $10.00 Register Reward (RR) that we used in Transaction #2
2nd Transaction –
We Bought:
1 Psoriasin Cream $5.00
1 U Kotex Tampons 18 ct. Sleek $3.99
2 Boxes of ZipLoc Bags @1.29 ea. $2.60
We Used:
$1.00/1 U Kotex Coupon
$10.00 Register Reward we received from Transaction #1
We paid out of pocket 97 cents, got back a $3.00 RR for the U Kotex and a $5.00 RR for the Psoriasin
If you noticed… we rolled the register rewards from Transaction #1 into Transaction #2. In Transaction #2, we received more register rewards that could be use in another transaction exactly like Transaction #1.
In fact we DID this.. for a total of 11 Transactions. Paying out of pocket $11.79 and ended with $18 in register rewards.
